At the request of some of the parents and students, I will keep up this site, but it will no longer be for homework, but for updates on what's going on with me up in Michigan.
I am officially back home as of Sunday night. Kyle and I took 2 days (2 very long days) to drive back to Michigan. My car was packed as tight as can be, with no extra room. As of now, I'm living with my parents in Mattawan (right outside of Kalamazoo), but will be moving to Grand Rapids hopefully in the next few weeks. I just started working for my dad this summer doing office work (which makes me very thankful that I'm a teacher haha). Still no teaching job for the fall, but Michigan does their interview process much later, so hopefully something will happen later this summer with that.
It feels good to be home, but I already miss teaching and the kids. I had a wonderful first year!
